Haven is one app for a boarding kennel, daycare, rescue or sanctuary: the care that has to happen today, the record that it did, and the version of that record their owner is allowed to see. Staff work a checklist. Owners get a report card instead of a phone call.
Care that schedules itself
Diets, medication plans, species and booking add-ons generate the day’s tasks. Overdue is anything due and not done, so nothing quietly slips past a shift change.
Medication, handled carefully
Recording a dose takes a deliberate confirmation. Missed, refused, or held each need a reason. Batch logging works for walks and meals and is refused for medication.
The owner actually sees the day
Photos, a timeline, and a report card you review before it sends. Invite an owner to follow along and their pet’s care appears on their own phone, read-only.
Front desk to paid invoice
Bookings, check-in with a kennel assignment and weight, check-out with home-care notes, and a receipt. Card payments run through your own Stripe account.
Built for rescue too
Found-animal intake with a custody record, a stray hold clock fixed at intake, and a logged search for the owner. An iPhone cannot read an implanted chip, and the app says so rather than pretending.
Your records stay yours
Everything lives on your devices and syncs through your own iCloud. There is no Haven server holding your animals, your clients, or your staff.
What the alpha asks of you
Run a few real stays through it and tell us where it gets in the way of actual work — at 7am, with wet hands, one animal already loose. That is the whole deal. Seats are limited because we read every piece of feedback.
You will need an iPhone on iOS 26 or newer. An iPad helps at the front desk, and the Apple Watch app is genuinely the point if you are on the floor all day.
